Welcome to Cygnnet Publishing. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Cygnnet Publishing is an independent publisher founded in London in 2011.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Lithuania.

2. Products

All books offered on this website are genuine publisher's copies sourced directly from the publisher's archive.

Unless otherwise stated, all books are new. All books are original first editions from the publisher's archive.

Several titles are available only in limited quantities and may not be reprinted.

3. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

a product becomes unavailable;
payment cannot be processed;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the selected currency.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over €100.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply outside the European Union.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Cygnnet Publishing does not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Lithuania.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Cygnet Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned books must:

be unused;
be in their original condition;
be securely packaged.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the package and the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and design, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for processing orders, providing customer support and improving our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
