Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the book must:

be unused and unread;
be returned in its original condition;
include any original packaging if applicable.

Please contact us before returning your order.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at anastasija@cygnnet.com before returning your order.

Please include:

your order number;
photographs of the packaging;
photographs of the damaged item.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

books damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling;
books that are not in their original condition.
